接海南省新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作指挥部通知，为防止疫情外溢，确保安全，自2022年8月7日18时起执行本措施。

    In accordance with the with requirements of the notice posted by the Provincial Headquarters for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19, in order to halt the spread of disease and to guarantee the safety of everyone, the following measures will go into effect from 6pm on August 7.


    一、在海南的人员，如为确诊病例或感染者，或被判定为密接、密接的密接，或在中高风险区的，严格按照相关防控规定进行管控。

    1. All persons on Hainan Island who have a symptomatic or asymptomatic Covid-19 infection, who have been deemed to be a close or secondary contact of an infected individual, or who are currently in a medium-or high-risk area must strictly abide relevant control measures.

    二、近7天有三亚及其他涉疫市县（区）旅居史的，暂不允许离岛。

    2.Any person who has been in Sanya or any other city, county, or district affected by the current Covid-19 outbreak at any time within the past 7 days is currently restricted from leaving the island.


    在严格做好健康管理的前提下，自即日起完成7天风险排查（即7天内第1、2、3、5、7天核酸检测阴性）后，经评估符合要求的方可离岛。

    After strictly completing the requirements of a 7 day risk assessment (defined as negative NAT results from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of a 7 day period) persons who are in compliance with all current regulations may leave.

    三、无三亚及其他涉疫市县（区）旅居史，或三亚及其他涉疫市县（区）旅居史超过7天的，48小时内2次核酸检测阴性，并完成风险排查后方可离岛。

    3.People who do not have a travel history which includes Sanya or any of the cities, counties, or districts affected by the current round of Covid-19, or whose history of travel in those areas is more than 7 days in the past may leave the island provided that they have 2 negative tests within the past 48 hours  and have completed a risk assessment.

    对拟离岛人员，机场、铁路、港航管理部门要严格验核其防疫行程卡。无法通过手机验核行程卡的老人、小孩，各单位应在查验时提供手工登记渠道，便捷老人、小孩等人群便利通行。

    For those people who plan to leave the island, the management offices of airports, railway stations, and ports are instructed to strictly check their travel history. Those people whose travel history can not be checked via their mobile phone (i.e. small children and the elderly) shall be provided with paper forms to be filled out.
